Tip: The Success Rate shows your chance per attempt. Failing an upgrade never deletes the original item—it’s 100 % safe!

Where & How to Upgrade

Upgrading is done through NPC William on the Lakeside Stream map.

Step‑by‑Step

1. Click NPC William—the Hammer window opens instantly.

2. Pick a category (top‑right icons):

   • ❤️ Pets 🍬 Weapon 🎩 Hats 👕 Shirt

3. Select your target look from the grid on the right.

   • Green color = you meet every requirement.

   • Red color = missing diamonds or items.

4. Review the left panel:

   • Input Item (current look)

   • Output Item (upgraded look)

   • Costs: 🔷 Diamonds & 📈 Success Rate

5. Hit Upgrade. The game rolls the dice:

   • Success: Input item transforms into the Output item—congrats!

   • Failure: Diamonds are consumed, but the Input item stays in your inventory.

   

Quick Tips

1. Stack attempts: Because failures don’t destroy the item, you can safely retry until you hit the desired level.

2. Budget wisely: Higher tiers usually cost more diamonds and may have lower success rates—plan your stash.

3. Watch the rate: A low % might be worth saving for an in‑game event that boosts success chances.
